SAL Foundation College (SALFC) recently held a significant pinning ceremony at their GIDA MNLF NEKSRC Camp Sep 2 campus. The event marked the induction of the Criminology Junior Intern Class Nr 2024-2025 and Education Pre-Service Teachers Class Nr 2024-2025.
The ceremony was made even more special by the presence of Guest of Honor and Speaker, 2Lt. Karl Adrian V. Ferrer, Platoon Leader, Alpha Company of 34IB, II Infantry Division of the Philippine Army. Barangay Chairman Datu Nasser Eman and his Kagawad were also in attendance, signifying community support for the students.
The pinning ceremony is a symbolic tradition within these fields. It represents the formal start of the interns’ practical training and their commitment to becoming professionals in criminology and education.
